I Am So Ashamed of Myself

Please help me?! I am so lost! I was saved nearly two years ago and now I have went back to my old ways. I am so ashamed of myself I feel so dirty and horrible. I want to get on the right path back to God, but it just seems that no matter how hard I try I always fail and slip back into sin. I don’t want to be like this. I want to be an instrument of God. I want to be able to show everyone how good He is. But, I can’t do it when I’m like this. Please help me?!

All you have to do is ask God to forgive you and then turn away from those things that you are doing that are pulling you away from God’s will for your life. As a Christian you have the power of the Holy Spirit living in you. He can help you to overcome daily. Just allow yourself to be lead by Him. There are two articles that are perfect for what you are going through. I will keep this short because I think the answer and direction you need is in these 2 posts. Start off reading, ‘Do Over’

and then at the end of this article it will link you to ‘Do Not Let Sin Control You’.

If you still need encouragement write back.
