I Really Don’t Know What To Say To Make People Vote For Me

In my school we are having a election coming up soon and we have to make a 2 minute speech, but I’m a bit nervous and I really don’t know what to say to make people vote for me.Please help!
Hello!
Thank you for your question. I can definitely understand your nervousness! I always felt nervous before speeches — still do!
So, don’t feel bad.
First, take a big, deep breath.
God made you to be one of a kind. You are special! Out of all of the millions of people in the world, there is no one exactly like you! Cherish that, sweet friend! When it is your turn to speak, I encourage you to be yourself. Don’t try to imitate someone else or “turn into” someone you think the others will want to vote for. They want to hear what YOU have to say.
I encourage you to keep in mind these verses from Psalms 139:
“For You formed my inward parts;
You wove me in my mother’s womb.
I will give thanks to You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made;
Wonderful are Your works,
And my soul knows it very well.” ~ Psalm 139:13-14
Be sure to take enough time to prepare so that you will feel confident with your speech, and get plenty of rest the night before so that your mind will quickly recall the details.
Lastly, keep in mind that God has great plans for your life, and that no matter what the outcome is of the election, He will lead you in the paths He has for you.
“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future” ~ Jeremiah 29:11
I’m praying for you!
in His precious, unfailing love,
