My sister as we get closer to our Lord and His word we realize the awesome privilege to be able to come to His Throne of Grace as His children and see God work in every circumstance and trust Him for wisdom to know how to respond. It is a joy and a privilege to pray with you.We know that He hears us when we call and that His Word never fails…..
Our Heavenly Father, thank you that we can come boldly to your throne knowing that you always hear our petitions. I pray for my sister Lord, your child who is precious in your sight, thanking you because I know that you are guiding her steps as she chooses to trust You with the events of her life and You will use them for good. Thank you for meeting every need, for giving her wisdom and peace for every decision, for protecting her, for keeping her safe.Lord her heart’s desire is to be closer to You and to know You as she rest in the promise that she can do all things through Christ who gives her strength.Lord we pray that you speak to her through Scripture, so she can keep Your Word in her heart and mind, giving the Holy Spirit the opportunity to access it and remind her of Your Truth when she needs it the most.I pray that Your presence would always be real to her, like the little widow with her meal and her oil, I pray that she would trust You.We know You are pleased when we stand on the Rock and believe , Oh Lord if we will dare to believe God all things would be possible, every doubt, every weakness, every temptation we’ll fight as trusting and rejoicing on Jesus always….Thank you Lord, we praise you, in Jesus name….
I will encourage you to read the book of John, even though I love every book in the bible, the book of John was introduced to me early in my walk with the Lord and it taught me about His awesome love, the Holy Spirit, His healing hands, also obedience and patience.
My scripture for you is Proverbs 3:5-6:
“Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.In all thy ways acknowledge him and he shall direct thy paths.”
